ABSTRACT
Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender o ser enfermeiro obstetra na assistência ao trabalho de parto e parto. Utilizou a abordagem qualitativa, fenomenológica e Heidegariana. Foram depoentes cinco enfermeiras obstétricas. A técnica de coleta dos depoimentos foi a entrevista fenomenológica. As informações foram submetidas à análise compreensiva. Os achados do estudo revelaram que prestar assistência a mulheres em trabalho de parto e parto para enfermeiras obstetras no cotidiano do trabalho é determinado pelo cuidar do ser-paciente, que tem o diferencial da humanização. Ficou evidente que a relação enfermeira obstetra com o profissional médico ocorre de forma ambígua. Acreditamos que novas pesquisas, à luz da filosofia de Martin Heidegger, possam ser viabilizadas porque na ótica existencialista os fenômenos não se esgotam em uma perspectiva, mas se modificam a cada olhar.
The study objective is to understand the obstetrical nursebeing, in providing care during labor and childbirth. It used a qualitative, phenomenological, and Heideggarian approach. The respondents were five obstetric nurses. Depositions were collected using the phenomenological interview technique. The information was submitted to interpretation analysis. The findings of the study revealed that rendering assistance to women in labor and childbirth, for obstetrical nurses in their daily work routine, is defined by taking care of the patient-being, which is distinguished by humanization. It was evident that the relationship of the obstetrical nurse and the medical doctor works in an ambiguous way. We believe that new research studies, considering Martin Heidegger?s philosophy, can be made possible, because in the existentialist view, the phenomena don?t run out in one perspective, but instead change at each glance.
